Developer Source Code Publishing Agreement

This Agreement applies when a developer uploads, publishes, displays or sells project source code (the Source Code) on VicroCode. By uploading or publishing Source Code you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Agreement.

What developers must do

  • Eligibility and licence: you must have legal capacity and own the Source Code or hold sufficient authorisation; you grant VicroCode a non-exclusive licence reasonably necessary to review, host, display, distribute, promote, transact and fulfil orders.
  • Accuracy: Source Code must be complete and functional, consistent with its description, screenshots, features and price, and must disclose runtime requirements, dependencies, known defects and third-party licences.
  • Intellectual property: the code and all related names, images, documents, fonts, media, models and data must not infringe third-party rights; claims caused by infringement are your responsibility.
  • Prohibited content: unlawful material, malicious code such as viruses, backdoors or ransomware, unauthorised personal-data collection, and code whose main purpose is to evade safeguards or attack systems.
  • Pricing and taxes: you set prices within platform rules; revenue, fees, refunds, withdrawals and settlement follow the transaction page and current rules, and you are responsible for your own taxes.

How review and enforcement work

  1. VicroCode performs content, technical and security reviews, but review does not replace your warranties.
  2. Suspected unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, unsafe or non-compliant projects may be suspended, restricted, delisted, subject to payment holds or terminated.
  3. You are liable for losses caused to users, VicroCode or third parties by your breach of this Agreement.
  4. VicroCode may update this Agreement as services or laws change and will give reasonable notice; continued publishing means acceptance.

FAQ

Do I still own the copyright after uploading?

Yes. You remain the rights holder and only grant VicroCode a non-exclusive licence needed to review, host, distribute, transact and fulfil orders.

Does passing review make VicroCode responsible for my code?

No. Review is a content and security check and does not replace your warranties about legality, authenticity, completeness and security.

What if someone copies my source code?

Contact us through the footer with proof of ownership and details of the infringement; we verify the claim and may delist content, hold transactions or cooperate with rights holders.
